Our Commitment During Coronavirus

The health and well-being of our customers, partners, and employees is a top priority for IGNW. We wanted to take a moment to share how IGNW is responding to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, and the commitment we are making to our community.

We are in an unprecedented and dynamic situation, and our priority is to keep our IGNW community safe, informed and supported. We continue to follow guidance from the World Health OrganizationCenters for Disease Control, and local government agencies to help us make well-informed decisions for our people, business and customers.

supportING you

IGNW knows how critical it is that your business can continue to operate in this unprecedented time, because like you, we have customers who continue to depend on us on a daily basis. Whether moving new applications to the cloud to support remote workers, or continuing to manage complex projects required to run your business, IGNW is here for you. Our CEO, Andrew Cadwell, has also shared a blog with his insights into the impact coronavirus is having on digital strategies in the industry.

We have setup a direct customer engagement line and are prioritizing customer projects that are assisting with the global response to COVID-19, or are helping limit their employee’s exposure through remote work. If you have an urgent need or know of how we can help with the global COVID-19 response, please contact us here.

SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITY

IGNW has enabled all our employees to work remotely, and with an already highly-distributed workforce, has seen minimal change to existing business processes. We have expanded options for PTO and sick-leave for our team members, and are covering all COVID-19 testing co-pays for our employees. We have followed local health guidance in restricting non-business critical travel and are offering additional remote engagement support for our customers.

The need for continuing to learn new tools and identify ways for increased productivity of application architecture teams is only increased. In order to continue the education, training, and collaboration our technical community still requires, IGNW has shifted all in-person events to digital experiences. We have many webinars and virtual social events planned, so keep an eye on our events page.

Your business continuity is important

Even with the best planning, we cannot prevent all situations. Many of our customers are already thinking about business continuity planning. Prior to COVID-19, finding the right technical resource was already a challenge with the unique skillsets and experience required to help operate your digital business. That is why we are offering People Continuity Services. If you are looking at ways that your business can be equipped, we can provide elastic resourcing on an actuarial basis to insure your existing talent pool.

We Will prevail. Together.

We already knew that IGNW together with our partners and customers could conquer the world’s toughest technical problems. We know we can can continue to do the same as our community responds to COVID-19 together.
