When are paychecks distributed?
IGNW paydays are semi-monthly. That means twice a month! The pay periods are for hours worked from the 1st-15th, and the 16th-last day of each month. For the 1st-15th pay period, the pay date is the last day of that month. For the 16th-end of month pay period, the pay date is the 15th of the following month. If the pay date lands on a weekend or holiday, payment is scheduled for the day prior. Make sense?
Do I have to fill out a timesheet?
Yep, but thats pretty much how it is everywhere, right? Timesheets at IGNW are easy. You simply submit weekly timesheets either directly with the client or with IGNW's electronic Time Tracking System and then BAM! Mundane task off your plate!
Is there paid time off, holiday or sick pay?
Sick pay - This depends on the state or city where you work while on assignment. Some states or cities do not offer sick pay, but the good ones do!

Holiday - Most clients allow you to take off holidays and make up the hours missed on other days, so you can still hit your 40 hours for the week- nice gift!

PTO – Sorry- there is no PTO for contract work but don't let that stop you- there are lots of other perks!
